3-3-2-11: CLASS I:
Class I licenses, which allow the licensee to sell and offer for sale at retail in the premises specified in such license alcoholic liquor for use and consumption on said premises, but not for resale in any form, during the hours and subject to the limitations herein specified. Such license may only be issued to a licensee who owns and/or operates an assisted living establishment and/or shared housing establishment, as defined in section 10 of the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act 1 (the "Act") and is licensed by the Department of Public Health to operate said assisted living establishment or shared housing establishment in accordance with the Act.
The sale and/or offer for sale of alcoholic liquor shall be limited to lounge/bar, dining, and multipurpose rooms and indoor and/or outdoor patios that are adjacent to such room(s), provided such room(s) and/or patio(s), as the case may be, that are made available for use and/or rent by all residents of the assisted living and/or shared housing establishment located in the premises specified in the liquor license and further provided that such room(s) and/or patio area(s) have been designated for such use in a special use ordinance approved by the Village of Bartlett Corporate Authorities, or in the absence of such special use ordinance, as designated by the Village of Bartlett Local Liquor Control Commissioner in the license. Alcoholic liquor shall not be sold or offered for sale from private or semiprivate rooms located upon the premises.
The application for a Class I license shall include an accurate floor plan for the existing premises if no alterations are planned, or as proposed if the licensee intends to construct new improvements or make any improvements or alterations to the existing premises for which a building permit is required under the Building Code, drawn to scale with the dimensions of all rooms clearly shown thereon.

From 11:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M.
 
   B.   Annual License Fees: See section 3-1-1 of this title.
   C.   Number Issued: The number of Class I licenses shall be limited to 1.
   D.   Use Of Premises: In the event the premises for which the Class I liquor license ceases its operations as an assisted living and/or shared housing establishment and/or the license to operate such establishment issued by the Illinois Department of Public Health, or its successor agency, is suspended, revoked and/or not renewed, then licensee's Class I liquor license shall similarly be suspended and/or revoked, as the case may be such that the sale or offer for sale of alcoholic liquor shall be prohibited at all times when the premises are not operated as an assisted living and/or shared housing establishment pursuant to a valid license in accordance with the Act.
