3-3-2-4: CLASS C:

Class C licenses, which allow the licensee to sell and offer for sale at retail in the premises specified in such license alcoholic liquor, in the original package only, and not for consumption on the premises where sold, during the hours hereinafter specified:

A. Hours Of Operation:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday	From 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Friday and Saturday	From 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 midnight

B. Annual License Fees: See section 3-1-1 of this title. (1984 Code)

C. Number Issued: The number of Class C licenses shall be limited to 8.
