In carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the village president and the coordinator of the BEMA are directed to utilize to the fullest all personnel, equipment, supplies, and facilities of the village of Bartlett in their preparations for disaster mitigation. All officers and personnel of the various village divisions and departments are directed, as practicable, to assist with this mitigation process. (Ord. 99-97, 9-7-1999)
