It shall be unlawful for any licensee, his or her agent or employee, to knowingly permit any exhibition or advertising in connection with any establishment regulated under this Chapter depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas to be displayed, depicted or portrayed in any manner that is visible from any public sidewalk, street or highway.
