Editor’s note:
This chapter was originally titled “Akron Building Code”. It was re-enacted in its entirety by Ord. 47-1990, passed 2-26-1990, which adopted the CABO One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code. The OBOA One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwelling Code was adopted in place of the CABO Code as part of the 1997 updating and revision of this code of ordinances. The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings was adopted in place of the OBOA Code as part of the 2007 updating and revision of this code of ordinances.
