At least one copy of the Residential Building Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in § 1402.01 of this chapter, is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public. At least one copy is also on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk of Council has copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
