§ 1402.05 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of any conflict between any of the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings Code, as adopted in § 1402.01 of this chapter, and any provision of this Building Code, any other provision of this code of ordinances or any other local ordinance, the local provision shall prevail.
