§ 1402.01 CODE APPLICATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

The Residential Building Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings, O.A.C. 4101:8-1-01, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the city.
