The Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in § 1402.01 of this chapter, shall not apply to residential structures exceeding three families, to industrialized one-, two- and three-family dwelling structures, or to commercial, institutional and industrial buildings and structures, all of which shall be governed by the provisions of the Ohio Building Code, as adopted in Ch. 1404 of this code of ordinances. Permit fees shall be as provided in Ch. 1444 of this code of ordinances.
