EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 38-96, passed February 12, 1996, authorized the Mayor to enter into a Minimum Security Misdemeanant Jail Affiliation Agreement with the Lorain County Commissioners for the purpose of constructing and operating a minimum security misdemeanant jail facility. Copies of said resolution and of the Agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
