1099.01 DESIGNATION AS EIGHT-HOUR FACILITY.

(a) The City Jail is hereby designated as an eight-hour facility in accordance with the requirements of the Ohio Minimum Jail Standards.

(b) All persons who are required to be incarcerated for periods of greater than eight hours shall be transferred to the County jail or other appropriate facility.
