EDITOR'S NOTE: The Board of Municipal Utilities operates the water and sewer systems through its Water Department and Sewer Department. The rules, regulations and rates of the Water Department and the Sewer Department may be obtained, at cost, at the Municipal Sewer and Water Department Building.
