256.21 STRIKING PROHIBITED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AND FIRST RESPONDERS.
   Except as otherwise provided for by an applicable collective bargaining agreement or the Ohio Revised Code, nothing in this chapter shall constitute a grant to members of law enforcement, fire department, or other first responders the right to strike and such strikes are prohibited.
