254.05 DISCLOSURE BY APPOINTED OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE OF INTEREST IN LEGISLATION.
   An appointed City official or employee, whether paid or unpaid, who has a direct or indirect financial or other private interest in any legislation, and who participates in discussion before or gives official opinion to Council, the Board of Municipal Utilities or the Mayor, shall publicly disclose on the official record the nature and extent of such interest.
