254.01 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST PROHIBITED.

No elected or appointed City official or employee, whether paid or unpaid, shall engage in any business or transaction or have a financial or other private interest, directly or indirectly, which is in conflict with the discharge of his or her official duties.
