LICENSING PROVISIONS
§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, operate or cause to be driven or operated any automobile or motor vehicle for the solicitation of passengers, or to engage in the taxicab business unless such person operating such taxicab business shall first have been duly licensed by the city. Automobiles used exclusively as hearses and ambulances shall not be construed to be included within the purpose of this chapter.
