§ 113.23 RATE SCHEDULES.
   Such taxicab business shall submit to the Common Council its schedule of rates which upon approval by the council shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer. Such rate schedule shall be in force until superseded by revised schedule and likewise approved by the Council. A copy of the schedule of rates shall be displayed in each cab at all times.
