§ 113.24 TAXI STANDS.
   The Common Council shall have full control of the parking space of taxi stands and no taxi business shall use the city streets for a taxi stand unless permit is first obtained from the Common Council upon payment of a fee to be determined by Council, which space shall be so marked upon the city street as taxi stand.
