§ 113.06 DRIVERS TO BE LICENSED BY STATE.
   No person shall be competent to operate a taxicab who shall not have first obtained a valid "Public Passenger Chauffeur License" from the state. The employment of an incompetent cab driver shall constitute a ground for revoking any permit.
