Upon payment of the fees set forth in § 113.03 of this chapter, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a separate permit for each cab. This permit shall bear the manufacturer's identification number of the particular licensed cab. This cab permit shall be openly affixed to and displayed in this respective cab at all times, and shall not be transferred to any other vehicle. Violation of this section shall be punishable according to § 10.99 of the City Code as heretofore enacted.
