§ 50.05  BURNING OR THROWING GARBAGE ON THE GROUND.
   It shall be unlawful for any tenant, lessee, or occupant of any dwelling to throw garbage on the ground or upon any public street or alley of the village, or to burn garbage or attempt to burn garbage within the village limits without the use of a metal incinerator designed for and capable of burning wet garbage.
