(A) Any person or persons who wish to place a dumpster or trailer in an identified parking spot (intended for the parking of vehicles) for the purposes of disposing of garbage, ashes, trash, junk, rubbish, or refuse, must first acquire a permit from the village.
(B) Said permit will dictate restrictions on the person or persons for the use, location, and time that the dumpster or trailer may be positioned in a parking spot.
