§ 50.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined $75 for the first offense, $150 for the second offense, and $1,000 plus an appearance in court for the third offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.05 and 50.06 shall be fined $75 for the first offense, $150 for the second offense, and $1,000 plus an appearance in court for the third offense.
