(a) All premises intended for human habitation or occupancy shall be provided with a supply of safe water.
(b) Buildings in which water closets or other plumbing fixtures exist shall be provided with a supply of water adequate in volume and pressure for flushing purposes.
(c) Water service pipes from the water main to the meter and/or building shall be of the size specified by the Director of Water Distribution and Accounting, but in no case less than three-fourths of an inch inside diameter. These service pipes shall be of Type K copper or cast iron. (Ord. 8-76. Passed 3-2-76.)
