In addition to the rules and regulations provided for herein, the Ohio Building Code, as incorporated into the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), including all statutes, rules and regulations, and any subsequent amendments to the Ohio Building Code, covering plumbing, ventilation, sanitation, drainage or any rules and regulations governing plumbing, ventilation, sanitation and drainage which may hereafter be adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards are incorporated in and made a part of these rules and regulations and shall apply to all classes and characters of building as though fully rewritten herein.
