9-1-5: MULTIPLE USE; REDUCTION OF LOT AREAS:
Yards, number of parking spaces or lot area required for one main building cannot be used for another main building, nor can the size of a lot be reduced below the requirements of this title unless a variance is approved in accordance with the provisions of chapter 13 of this title.
