In all districts, and except as cited below, no obstruction to view in excess of three feet (3') in height, including, but not limited to, buildings/structures, driveways and parking spaces (where a parked vehicle or vehicles would be a visual obstruction), fences/walls, landscaping and associated design features (berms, boulders, decorative lighting, statues, etc.) and signs, shall be placed in the following areas:
A. On any corner lot/parcel within a triangle formed by street property lines and a line connecting them at points twenty feet (20') from the intersection of the street property lines.
B. On any lot/parcel within a triangle formed by a newly platted alley line and a street property line and a line connecting them at points ten feet (10') from the intersection of the newly platted alley line and street property line.
C. On any lot/parcel within a triangle formed by a driveway line and street property line and a line connecting them at points ten feet (10') from the intersection of the driveway line and street property line, on both sides of the driveway.
Street light poles, traffic control signal poles, traffic regulating signs and utility poles (but not utility boxes or pedestals) that exceed three feet (3') in height may be located in the sight triangle areas if they are placed in a manner that permits unobstructed vision to pedestrians and vehicle drivers.
