§ 111.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person or persons violating §§ 111.01 through 111.11 shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum of not more than $2,500. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.

   (C)   Penalties assessed any person or persons enumerated in §§ 111.25 through 111.27 who violate any of the terms or provisions thereof shall be as set forth in Chapter 36, Appendix A. Each act or sale in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
