Persons who are denied licenses or whose licenses have been suspended or revoked may appeal by filing a written notice of appeal with the town. Appeals must be filed within 21 days after receipt of the notice of denial, suspension, or revocation. The Town Council shall hear and determine the appeal and the decision of the Town Council shall be final.
