(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.06, 50.20 through 50.23, 50.35 through 50.37, 51.01 through 51.05, 51.20 through 51.23, 52.01 through 52.07, 52.20 through 52.23, and 53.01 through 53.03 or of any ordinance, code, or standard adopted herein or maintains or permits to continue any public nuisance as defined by these provisions shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
