§ 52.07 WATER WELL PERMITS.
   (A)   Any person who otherwise qualifies for the drilling and use of water well within the town may apply in writing to the Town Clerk for a permit for the use of said water well. Said person shall, upon making said application, pay to the Town Clerk a permit fee of $10. An authorized officer of the town shall review said application to determine if the proposed water well complies with the ordinances of the town, the laws of the state, and the regulations of the State Department Environmental Quality. Said authorized officer may require the applicant to furnish in writing any additional information required to make said determination. Upon approval of said application by the Board of Trustees, the Town Clerk shall issue a permit for the drilling and use of said water well.
