§ 50.23 INTERFERENCE WITH HYDRANTS OR TOWN UTILITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, unless duly authorized by the town, to open, turn on or off, interfere with, attach any pipe or hose to, or connect anything with any fire hydrant belonging to the town.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to, in any manner, obstruct access to any fire hydrant by placing around or thereon brick, lumber, dirt, or other things.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to damage, destroy, or tamper with any pipes, lines, meters, or other equipment or property which is a part of municipal utility system.
