§ 50.37 FEES AND RATES GENERALLY.
   All fees, rates, and deposits associated with water and sewer services shall be as established by resolution of the Public Works Authority and adopted by the Town Board of Trustees. All fees, rates, and deposits associated with solid waste services shall be as established by motion of the Town Board of Trustees. A schedule of all fees, rates, and deposits shall be posted publicly in the Town Hall.
