§ 50.01 MUNICIPAL UTILITY SYSTEMS.
   (A)   Water and sewer services are provided to residents of the town through the Public Works Authority’s Municipal Trust.
   (B)   The town provides solid waste collection and disposal services to residents of the community. The town may contract with any public or private entity for the provision of these services.
   (C)   Any reference to the Town Clerk shall mean the Public Works Authority’s Secretary.
