The village shall establish a single interested parties registry for all redevelopment project areas, whether existing as of the date of the adoption of these rules or hereafter established. In any event the process of establishing the new registry must be completed prior to the deadline for sending any of the notices required by section 1-10-10 of this chapter or any other notices required by the act with respect to the proposed redevelopment project area.
