9-4-2: LOCATION RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Private Property: It shall be unlawful to maintain or allow any trailer to be upon private or public property within the village, or to occupy any such trailer, but this prohibition shall not apply to the following:
      1.   Any trailer which is in transit;
      2.   Any trailer which is unoccupied and is not offered for lease; and
      3.   Any trailer which is occupied by a nonpaying guest of the owner or lawful occupant of private property upon which the same trailer is located for an interval of not exceeding thirty (30) days in any one year period. (1976 Code § 96.011)
   B.   Permanently Affixing Trailer: No person occupying a camp car or trailer shall remove the wheels or any similar transporting devices therefrom or otherwise permanently fix it to the ground in a manner that would prevent the ready removal thereof. (1976 Code § 96.012)
