Due to the nature of the dangers inherent in swimming and other water related activities, and due to the nature of the dangers inherent in rollerskating, in-line skating and skateboarding, the parks director is specifically empowered to post a supplemental set of rules governing all activities at the Aqua Center and at the skate/bike park, and to take appropriate action to enforce such rules, including, but not limited to, the expulsion of violators and the revocation of pool, skating and/or biking privileges for repeated or gross violations.
