A. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person or operator of any motor vehicle to park his vehicle in the parking areas operated by Antioch Community High School, 1133 Main Street; Antioch Upper Grade School, 800 Highview Drive; or Antioch Lower Grade School, 817 Main Street, without a valid parking permit issued by that school.
B. It shall be unlawful for any student or unauthorized person to park in areas designated as fire lanes, faculty, staff or visitor parking. It shall further be unlawful to park in areas designated "no parking", or in any other areas not properly marked as parking areas.
C. For the purpose of this section, a "visitor" shall be defined as a nonstudent on school premises for school business or related activities.
D. It shall further be a violation of this section to park in any handicapped parking area, or to park in any area without the proper parking sticker or permit attached to the right lower front portion of the windshield, except for those areas marked for visitors. (1976 Code § 76.008)
