Refer to subsection 1-3-1A of this code for a schedule of fines applicable to specifically identified offenses. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter that is not listed on the schedule set forth in subsection 1-3-1A of this code may be fined pursuant to the general penalty set forth in section 1-3-1 of this code.
