5-5-2: WATER USE RESTRICTIONS:
Except as set forth in this chapter, no owner or occupant of any lot or real estate within the village shall engage in or permit at any time lawn sprinkling, swimming pool filling or any other exterior water use on such lot or real estate during the period June 1 through September 15 of any year. (Ord. 04-04-16, 4-19-2004)
