A. After the public hearing and any continuation thereof, and upon a review of the record, the village board of trustees shall make a determination concerning a site approval request within one hundred twenty (120) days from the village clerk's receipt of the site approval request. The village board may conditionally approve any request for site approval provided the conditions are reasonable and necessary to satisfy the criteria set forth in the act and so long as the conditions are not inconsistent with regulations promulgated by the Illinois pollution control board. Any determination by the village board of trustees shall be supported by the record.
B. No determination by the village board of trustees of a site approval request may be reconsidered. (1976 Code § 98.15)
