5-3-6: RECORDS:
   A.   The village clerk shall be responsible for keeping the record of the hearing.
   B.   The record shall consist of the following information:
      1.   The request for site location approval as described in subsection 5-3-2B of this chapter.
      2.   Proof of notice of public hearing.
      3.   Proof of notice given by applicant pursuant to section 39.1(b) of the act 1 .
      4.   Written comments filed by the public and received by the village clerk or postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt of the filing of a request for site location approval.
      5.   All reports, studies, exhibits or documents received into evidence at the public hearing.
      6.   The transcript of the public hearing.
      7.   Findings of fact or written reports of any technical advisor employed pursuant to this chapter.
      8.   The resolution containing the final decision of the village board of trustees according to the statutory criteria.
   C.   The village clerk shall be responsible for certifying all copies of the record of the public hearing. (1976 Code § 98.14)
