A. The village board of trustees shall direct the village clerk to obtain any technical aid or support in the review of an application which it deems necessary, and the village clerk shall keep an accurate record of the expenditures therefor. Any written reports so obtained shall be filed with the village clerk no later than ten (10) days prior to the public hearing and members of the public shall be allowed to obtain a copy of the documents upon payment of the actual cost of reproduction.
B. Persons provided the technical review of data are authorized to present testimony and evidence at the public hearing. (1976 Code § 98.12)
