Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined as provided in the schedule of fines set forth in subsection 1-3-1A of this code for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. Imposition of a fine pursuant to this section and the schedule of fines set forth in subsection 1-3-1A of this code shall not constitute a bar to the right of the village to effectuate abatement of any offense as described elsewhere in this chapter.
