It shall be unlawful for any person to establish or maintain any junkyard or any other place where junk is collected and stored upon any lot or parcel of land situated within the village. Any junkyard or place where junk is collected and stored or any lot, piece or parcel of land utilized for the deposit or storage of junk, is declared a nuisance and any person establishing or maintaining any such junkyard shall be deemed guilty of suffering a nuisance to exist.
