Any person or entity who shall be guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be subject to a fine in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for the second offense, five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the third offense, and seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for the fourth or greater offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for every day a violation continues. (Ord. 21-07-23, 9-22-2021)
