4-15-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate within the village a mobile food vehicle, as defined in this chapter, without first having obtained a license from the village for that purpose. The village shall issue a mobile food vehicle license upon receipt of a completed application and compliance with the following provisions. (Ord. 21-07-23, 9-22-2021)
