4-2C-7: SANITARY REQUIREMENTS:

All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor or for the storage of such liquor for such sale shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition at all times and kept in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, rules and other provisions governing the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
