4-2B-2: SALE IN VIOLATION OF LICENSE PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any licensee to sell, offer for sale, or dispense in the village any alcoholic liquor except in the manner authorized by and in compliance with the terms and restrictions of a license issued pursuant to this chapter and except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
