If an ambulance owned and operated by the fire department or one of its contractors responds under a request for mutual aid to another jurisdiction to render care and/or transport of any resident or residents of that jurisdiction during the course of that mutual aid response, said resident(s) shall be billed at the same rate as residents of the village of Antioch.
